There are lofts with sleeping spaces for grand children located over the two master bedrooms. The lofts provide a better view of the canal. Each bedroom is a master bedroom suite, with direct access to the bathroom. One of the bathrooms also has access from the main room.

The house was designed to meet a very contrained budget.
