TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
Blue Brook Architecture, Inc. is experienced with tenant improvement projects. We begin each tenant improvement project with a careful review of the zoning and buidling code to identify potential issues early in the process, when it is possible to minimize their impact on the schedule. We then work with our client, examing assumptions to see if there are more efficient and cost effective ways to design the project. Finally, we do a complete set of permit drawings to ensure a smooth review process and provide change order control through construction. We are experienced with retail, office, and restaurant tenant improvements, including the detailed requirements of the King and Snohomish County health departments.
